Don't let the name fool you. This quick and easy kid recipe is a real crowd pleaser: LIME SLIME! - 1 package lime Jello - 1 tub sour cream Make lime Jello according to package directions. But, while Jello is cooling, but before jello is set, add tub of sour cream to bowl of Jello and whisk or use a hand mixer to incorporate well. (You may see foamy bubbles on top--that's okay). Return to refridgerator and let set completely. How is that for quick and easy!?
