Kid Snack Recipe

This easy kid snack recipe is sure to be a hit in your house:

FROZEN YOGURT CUBES

- 1 container yogurt of your choice (I used vanilla, but any flavor will work.)

- ice cube tray and toothpicks

-"surprise" goodies to go inside (I used cherries and chocolate covered raisins.)

Put goodies in bottom of ice cube tray cups. Top with yogurt until cups are full. Insert toothpick in middle of cup. Freeze for a few hours or overnight. You will see the goodies at the top of the pop. (If you want the goodies to be a real surprise, then put a dollop of yogurt in the cup and freeze slightly before adding the goody and then top off the rest of the cup and freeze all the way.

The yogurt pops should come right out of the ice cube trays and are a healthy, fun, frozen snack for after-school hungry kids.
