Child Party Recipe

Here's a child party recipe that showcases a variety of fun finger food:

CRACKER SNACK TRAY

The varieties are endless for this type of snack, but the few I made here are as follows: Start at the top of the tray with the snack that looks like a bow tie.

-Bagel Chip topped with Beefstick and Fontina cheese.

-Wheat Cracker topped with Cream Cheese and Paprika.

-Wheat Cracker topped with a sliced roll of Mozzerella Cheese, fresh Basil and sun dried Tomato.

-Sesame Cracker topped with sliced hard-boiled Egg and Olive.

-Rye Crisp topped with Cream Cheese, Salmon and Capers.

-Bagel Crisp topped with Herb Cheese, Bacon and pickled Green Bean.

-Rye Crisp topped with sliced hard-boiled Egg and baby Pickles.

-Sesame Cracker topped with Brie Cheese and roasted Red Bell Pepper.

-Wheat Cracker topped with Jack Cheese and green Olive.

The toppings I chose above are a little more sophsticated and elegant...things that are special for a special party.

You could squirt cheese-whiz over popcorn or open a bag of potato chips, but really, shouldn't a party be an event where you can sample delicious things that are out of the ordinary?

Just because they're kids doesn't mean they can't appreciate good food...even if it is finger food!
